Meet the Host

Dr. Jenn

Jenn Stankus, MD 

This emergency physician has a passion for serving her country and community. Her service to country began as a medic in the Navy Reserves at age 17, then later as a commissioned Army officer in the JAG Corps, serving as a military magistrate supporting CID.  Somewhere in between while finishing college, she did volunteer mountain rescue, ambulance EMT work, and ski patrol.  Dr. Jenn also served her community as a police officer for several years. Dr. Jen has competed in shows like American Ninja Warrior and Surviving Mann, eventually becoming a host of the latter. She is currently publishing a book on self-defense and survival that will become a must read for everyone.  Don't let her friendly demeanor and small stature fool you. She is the type of American that continually challenges herself and is most comfortable where most give up! The competitors can expect to be tested by Dr. Jenn.

Jim Gilliland

MSG(ret) is a retired 20 year Army veteran. He served with distinction deploying twice with the 75th Ranger Regiment while assigned to the 3d Battalion as a Mortarman, Sniper, Team Leader and Squad Leader where he conducted a daring night time Airborne assault on Oct 19, 2001 during Operation Rhino. Taught at the Henry Cairo NCO course. 3D BDE 3D INF Div in 2-69AR where he selected and trained his own sniper section and was recognized as the most successful Sniper team in Iraq during a 2005 deployment by the Joint Chiefs counter IED task force as well as personally setting a world sniping record with a successfully 1250M (1370Yard) single round kill with a .308 cartridge in Ramadi Iraq. He served as a Ranger Instructor at the mountain phase of Ranger School. Completed his Platoon Sergeant time in 1st BDE, 3D INF Div where he was forward deployed to Iraq for the second time. Gilliland completed his military career on Fort Benning, Ga where he served in the acquisitions field, served as a First Sergeant, and began the rewrite of the Army’s sniper and marksmanship manuals. 

 

Post retirement, Gilliland has worked with and in many firearms, optics, and ammunition companies as well as instructed at various facilities like Blackwater, US Training Academy, Xe, and Acadmi. He is an active long range competitor and is currently running the daily operations and training schedule of his own company Shadow 6 Consulting. There, he and his Wife Melissa Gilliland are known for their Family Values, selfless service, humble demeanor, friendly business style, and American patriotism.

Zeke Stout

Zeke Stout

is a true Renaissance man of the modern era — television host, weapons specialist, author, entrepreneur, and unapologetic storyteller. Best known for hosting and judging Discovery Channel’s *Master of Arms*, Zeke brought his trademark humor, showmanship, and encyclopedic knowledge of firearms and historical weapons to primetime television. His on-screen charisma turned complex builds and competitions into must-watch entertainment.

 

Beyond television, Zeke is a driving force in trade education as Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at MGS Trade School. He is the proud author of *Exit to Now*, a book that reflects his personal journey of courage, faith, and resilience. Zeke also creates engaging content through his Dilligolf YouTube channel, where he shares gun reviews, random thoughts, business wisdom, and plenty of laughs.

 

From the range to the classroom to the screen, Zeke Stout continues to entertain, educate, and motivate audiences with his authentic voice and adventurous spirit.

Daniel "Doc"Woodruff

Daniel "Doc" Woodruff (not a doctor)

is the Host of the mildly popular GunDoctorT.V. Youtube channel and a passionate lifelong shooter. Daniel has been a gunsmith for 22 years, A former okay MMA fighter, He served Both in the U.S.Navy and as a Police Officer, later on becoming an SRT Sharp Shooter.  Daniel competed alongside Dr. Jenn in season one of Surviving Mann and proved his shooting skills to the world. Now he will challenge these shooters to prove their skills.
